Micro Strategies Inc. and Altien Limited today announced an “Enterprise Compliance” partnership agreement.

“Enterprise Compliance” is designed for corporate legal, compliance, or risk management departments to better manage their unstructured content, handle enterprise discovery initiatives and control corporate intellectual property. This software leverages the IBM ECM platform to provide organizations with enhanced control of legal documents and related business processes - resulting in reduced costs and increased standardization. Unlike other stand-alone document management systems, “Enterprise Compliance” works seamlessly with leading ECM back-end solutions, including IBM FileNet P8 and IBM DB2 Content Manager.
